Notes for Admission
Basic rules on application procedures, application documents, and account registration.

Applicants must log into the Online Application System (OAS) (https://oas.must.edu.mo/admission/index.htm ) before the designated application deadlines to complete all application procedures, including: filling in all required information, uploading application documents and submitting them for initial assessment, and paying the application fee (qualified recommended applicants and applicants applying through the way of priority admission will be exempted from the application fee).

Applicants are required to upload application documents through the Online Application System. If the applicant lacks any necessary document(s), it will result in the disqualification of the assessment.

The Online Application System will be closed at 6:00 pm (Beijing Time Zone) on the date of the deadline. After the application system is closed, no applications will be accepted.

Applicants must register with a valid identity document when registering in the Online Application System. If the applicant holds identity documents of different countries/regions, the applicant should consider whether the identity document used for registration and account opening can remain valid for a long time throughout the whole study period.

Please note: Residents from mainland China must register and open an account with a Mainland ID card. Applications registered with a passport or travel permit number by mistake will not be accepted, and the application fee paid will not be refunded or transferred.

Student Visa and Stay Permit
Regulations on entry to Macao and stay arrangements for non-local students.

                        According to the regulations of the Macao Special Administrative Region, non-local residents who study in higher education institutions in Macao must ensure that they are eligible to enter Macao with legal documents and visas, and must go to the Macao Immigration Department to apply for a special stay permit for study. Non-local residents must check on their own whether the identity documents held are in compliance with the relevant Macao law requirements for non-local students. For details, please visit the website of the Immigration Department of the Macao Public Security Police Force.

Non-local students should take full responsibility for any issues affecting their studies arising from changes to their identity documents or residency status during their studies.

Mainland students must register as full-time students and are required to apply for an Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, as well as a type D stay endorsement.

Cancel Admission
The University reserves the right to cancel the applicant's admission qualifications in any of the following circumstances:

The documents and materials submitted are untrue or fraudulent;

2

Failure to obtain the required academic qualifications at the time of registration, or those who are known to be unable to obtain the related academic qualification at the time of application;

3

Failure to obtain the specific recognized academic documents at the time of registration (only for applicants from mainland China);

4

Failure to obtain a legal entry visa to Macao at the time of registration;

5

Other circumstances in which the University has decided to cancel the admission due to cheating in the exam, violation of academic ethics, misconduct or damage to the University's reputation, etc.

⚠ Anti-Fraud Reminder

Beware of "impersonating law enforcement" scams that use "proof of funds for studying abroad" as a cover. Any call or message claiming that you must transfer or remit money to "prove your funds" is a scam. Do not believe it, and never disclose your personal information or bank account details.
