Before Applying

1. Choose Your Program

Our university offers a diverse range of postgraduate programs. Prospective applicants can gather more information about their desired programs: Master's degree programsDoctoral degree programs.

2. Contact Intended Supervisor

For certain programs listed below, applicants must make contact with their intended supervisor(s) before submitting their applications:

  • Doctoral degree programs: Advanced Networking, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Chinese Medicine, Chinese Medicines, Communication, Design, Earth and Planetary Sciences, Fine Arts, Science, Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Clinical Medicine, Intelligent Science and Systems, Mathematics, Management in Film Industry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Environmental Science and Engineering,

  • Master's degree programs: Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Programs not listed above are not required to contact the intended supervisor in advance.          

3. Prepare Required Application Documents

Ensure that you have all the necessary application documents prepared and ready for uploading.

Submit an Online Application

1. Online Application Submission

  • All applicants must submit an online application through the Online Application System.

  • Follow the provided guidelines to accurately complete the application information and upload the required documents.

  • All applications must be submitted through the Online Application System before 6 p.m. (GMT+8) on the specified deadline.

2. Application Fee Payment

Application fees can be paid securely through our Online Application System

After Applying

1. Initial Assessment

The School of Graduate Studies will conduct an assessment of all submitted application documents. If an applicant does not pass the initial assessment, they will have the opportunity to resubmit their application for re-assessment within the designated timeframe stated in the Online Application System.

Applicants who fail the initial assessment or re-assessment will not proceed to the next stage of the selection process.

2. Selection

Applicants who successfully pass the initial assessment or re-assessment will have their applications forwarded to the respective Faculties or Institutes for further selection.

3. Admission Examination

Selected applicants will be notified if they are required to undergo an admission examination. Those who need to take the examination must adhere to the specified requirements and schedule. All relevant arrangements will be announced through the Online Application System.

4. Acceptance

The university will progressively select the most suitable and qualified applicants until the allocated spaces is filled. Successful applicants will receive their admission results through the Online Application System.

5. Confirmation of Admission and Tuition Fee Settlement

Accepted applicants are requested to download the Debit Note from the Online Application System, complete the payment within the specified timeline, and upload the payment proof to the system.

6. Online and In-person Registration

New postgraduate students will receive registration instructions prior to the commencement of classes. Please pay close attention to the university's official announcements for the latest updates and instructions.
