
Based on the Healthy China 2030 Blueprint, the Macau SAR’s “1+4” development strategy, and the implementation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Industry development plan, the expansion of drug and food regulatory authority functions, as well as ongoing reforms in drug and food supervision, health administration, and social security systems, there is an increasing demand for industry-specific professionals specialized in food and drug administration. Possessing both scientific literacy and managerial acumen has become the key competitive advantage for leading the industry and staying at its forefront.
The School of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, Macau University of Science and Technology (FMD-SP) is proud to launch the Doctor of Food and Drug Administration (DFDA) program. Online applications are now open until June 30, 2026(GMT+8) and will be accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
As a program integrating "Pharmacy + Food Science + Management," the DFDA is tailored for elites in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The program breaks down barriers between science and management, paving the way for new career heights.

Admission Requirements
A master’s degree with related professional backgrounds in medical sciences, food and nutrition, public health, management, or law.
Provide proof of English proficiency: University English (CET) certificate, English major (TEM) certificate, IELTS, TOEFL, etc. (No minimum score required; applicants will be selected based on merit.) Alternatively, proof of full English-medium instruction is acceptable.
